Using printable-cal.org means accepting the terms below. They are short because the site is simple: it is a free tool that generates a calendar in your browser, with no account, no payment and nothing stored. Last updated August 16, 2026.

The calendars you make are yours

Every calendar you generate here — printed, or downloaded as a PDF — is yours to use however you like, for personal and commercial purposes alike, with no fee, no licence to accept, no attribution required and no permission to request. Print one for your fridge or five hundred for a conference. Put one on the wall of a shop, a classroom, a clinic or a workshop. Hand them to staff, students, clients or customers. Include one in a planner you sell, a printed kit you ship, or a packet you charge for. Modify it, write on it, photocopy it, add your own logo to the printout.

The only thing you may not do with the output is resell it as if it were a product of this site, or represent printable-cal.org as endorsing whatever you attach it to. Beyond that, we claim no rights over anything the generator produces for you, and we could not enforce a claim over it in any case — the file is created on your device and we never receive a copy.

The site itself

The written guidance on these pages, the site’s code, its design and its name are a separate matter from the calendars the tool produces. Please do not copy the page text wholesale onto another site. Quoting a paragraph with a link back is welcome. If you want to do something more substantial with the site itself, write and ask — the answer is usually yes.

Accuracy, holiday dates, and no warranty

The site is provided as-is and as-available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy. Calendars are generated from date arithmetic and a rules engine, and while both are tested, neither is guaranteed to be correct for every case.

Holiday dates deserve saying plainly: verify official holiday dates against an authoritative source before relying on them for anything legal, contractual or financial — payroll, statutory leave, filing deadlines, shift premiums, school terms or business closures. This site marks United States federal holidays and common observances computed from published rules, including observed-day shifting when a holiday falls at a weekend. Rules change, agencies and employers apply them differently, state and local holidays are not the same as federal ones, and a rules engine can only be as right as the rules it was given. Treat what you see here as a planning aid, never as a legal record.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss, missed deadline, printing cost or other damage arising from use of this site or of a calendar produced by it. If you find a date that is wrong, please tell us — see the corrections policy.

Trademarks and affiliation

printable-cal.org is an independent site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Microsoft, Google, Apple, Mozilla, Canva, Adobe, Cloudflare, any printer manufacturer, or any other calendar or software brand. Where such names appear — browser names in the printing guide, analytics vendors in the privacy policy — they are used nominatively, to describe the actual product or setting being discussed. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners. “Letter” and “A4” are paper-size standards, not brands.

Availability

The site is free and offered without any uptime commitment. It may be changed, moved or taken offline at any time without notice. Because calendars are generated in your browser rather than fetched from a server, a page you have already loaded keeps working even if the site does not.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from use of this site is subject to that jurisdiction. Nothing here limits rights you have under laws that cannot be waived by agreement.
